What does the daily charge include? Are prices inclusive of all taxes?
Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 12% Tourism Goods & Services Tax (TGST). Green Tax is calculated separately in the price breakdown provided on the website. Therefore, generally, rates are inclusive of all taxes.
I would like to visit next year. When will the bookings open?

I’ve booked Hurawalhi through an agency (eg. Expedia, Agoda), but my seaplane transfer is not included. How do I arrange it, and can I pay for it upon check-in at the resort?
Our Reservations Team will be happy to assist you. Please send your full names, your booking number and international flight details to email@example.com. Seaplane charges are to be paid upon check-in at the resort.
My booking is confirmed, how do I book seaplane transfer?
The 40-minute scenic seaplane transfer will be arranged by the resort according to your international arrival and departure flight details. The seaplane journey to the resort is available during daylight hours for international flight that arrive between 6:00 am and 3:00 pm only. Once you have your international flight details, please provide them to the reservations team to firstname.lastname@example.org along with full names of all travellers.
Can we stay in 2 different villa categories during our visit? How do we book that online without having to make 2 separate seaplane reservations?
Certainly, you can book 2 different villa categories. The booking engine is designed in such a way that each booking results in a booking for seaplane transfers by default. However, please rest assured that the seaplane charges will be adjusted and you will only have to settle the payment for one roundtrip seaplane transfer per person. Kindly highlight your split booking to the Reservations Team (email@example.com) when you are providing your international arrival and departure flight details.
What is the direct booking policy and what charges apply in cases of cancellation, no show and early departure?
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled between 30 to 16 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the accommodation total. Reservations cancelled 15 days and under shall be charged 100% of the total cost of stay including seaplane transfers. Full cost of accommodation and seaplane transfers will be charged for reservations staying over Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years’ Eve, cancelling under 45 days prior to arrival.
No Show Policy: Failing to show will result in a charge for the entire stay including seaplane transfers. In the event your international flight is delayed, the rearrangement of your seaplane transfer will be charged to your reservation.
Early Departure: The entire stay will be charged for early departure reservations.
Do the prices published on the website already include taxes?
When checking availability prices are excluding taxes; final prices are inclusive of taxes (12% Goods & Services Tax & Green tax of US$6.00 per person, per night).
What is the resort’s payment policy?
50% of the accommodation fee must be received 30 days prior to arrival. A link for online credit card payment will be sent 7 days prior to this date. The remaining balance is due on the 15th day prior to arrival. Those booked on Non-Refundable Advance Purchase Rates will be charged fully at the time of booking.
Is there a bathub in the villas?
Romantic Ocean Villas are equipped with an outdoor bathub.
What toiletries and bathroom accessories are provided in the villas?
Hurawalhi provides a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, and lotion in each villa.
