FREE SNORKELLING INTRODUCTION

Seize the opportunity to learn the basics of snorkelling during one of the regularly scheduled sessions. You will also get familiarized with the entry points to the house reef, common marine life, and receive valuable tips and local knowledge on how to take full advantage of the fabulous environment you are in.

Snorkelling activities

Ranging from house reefs and underwater islands to outreefs of the atoll, there are numerous places worth exploring just a stone’s throw away from Hurawalhi. Coral reefs are not reserved only for divers – just by donning your mask, snorkel and a pair of fins a whole new world opens before one’s eyes – one that you shouldn’t leave unnoticed during your stay at Hurawalhi. Prodivers can introduce you to snorkelling, provide valuable information on where and where not to snorkel on the house reef, and take you to snorkel sites around the atoll, so you can pay a visit to the unique community of green sea turtles, blend in with the swarming reef fish, and get to see other marine life that makes Hurawalhi the place to snorkel in the pristine north of the Maldives.

Spend a morning or an afternoon seeing first hand what everyone is talking about: coral reefs around Hurawalhi make all other resorts jealous!
