A 5-night stay for 2 on an all-inclusive plus basis at Hurawalhi Island Resort, Maldives, including return seaplane transfer from Male’ and a dinner for two at 5.8 Undersea Restaurant.
How to win
All guests who will be staying at the resort between 1st and 31st December 2017 will be added to a lucky draw that will determine the winner.
The lucky draw will be done in January 2018.
Terms & Conditions
This promotion is organised by Hurawalhi Island Resort, Maldives, hereafter also referred to as ‘organiser’ and ‘resort’.
Prize includes a 5-night stay on an all-inclusive plus package in an Ocean Pool Villa or Beach Sunset Pool Villa for 2 persons, on a shared basis, at Hurawalhi Island Resort, Maldives, including return seaplane transfer from Male’. Any extra costs beyond the specified prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Only paying guests of the resort will be considered for the promotion. Guests availing of special booking conditions, such as work permit holders, FAM trip visitors, guests on family & friends rates or employees of the resort, its concessionaires or sister properties will be excluded from the lucky draw.
The prize winner is responsible for paying any taxes, arranging travel insurance, and for familiarising themselves with visa and other travel requirements. No cash or other alternative prizes are available. The organiser will not cover any expenses that may incur due to the winners’ travel itinerary, including any accommodation expenses outside of the resort.
The winner will be contacted by the organiser through the email or telephone number provided in the check-in form within 7 days after the lucky draw and have 14 more days to respond. If the organiser cannot contact the winner within the mentioned period despite reasonable efforts to do so, or if the winner does not respond or is otherwise unable to accept the prize for reasons outside the organiser’s reasonable control, then the winner will forfeit the prize and the organiser will offer it to a reserve winner.
The prize can be used throughout 2018, except on blackout dates that are to be communicated to the winner upon notification.
The lucky draw will be conducted by three resort representatives. One winner and one alternative winner will be randomly selected.
The winner and accompanying person must make themselves available for promotional and publicity purposes, including print and online materials. The organiser may use their names and visuals for promotional purposes without compensation.
The winner agrees to accept the resort’s policies. Should the organiser determine that the winner doesn’t abide by the resort’s rules, be negligent or exhibit inappropriate behaviour toward team members or other guests, the organiser reserves the right to take sanctions, including the annulment of the award.
The organiser retains the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion.
